  • Can I bring in my own garments?

    While we do prefer to see garments in person to determine that they are able to be customized, most standard garments are able to be directly embroidered.

    Garments intended to be printed or customized with vinyl will also need to be reviewed before entering production.

  • What are your order minimums?

    PRINTING

    We request a minimum of 18 garments for all printing orders. Garments can be mixed by size, garment style, and color to meet this minimum. Please note that there may be an additional charge if an ink color change is needed with the selected garment colors.


    EMBRIODERY

    There is no garment minimum for embroidery orders however orders with 12 or more garments will not include a setup charge. (Standard size placements only)

  • What are your setup charges?

    There are no setup charges for printed orders.

    For embroidery, setup charges are waived for orders that meet the suggested order minimum of 12 pieces.

    Orders with less than 12 supplied garments may include additional setup charges.

    Please email us your artwork for a setup quote.

  • What type of art files should I send?

    Our design team can work with just about any art file that you have including hand drawn images or photos taken from a previous garment you’d like recreated.

    PDF, EPS, AI, CDR, and EMB files are what we typically use, but other file types are also accepted.

    We do our best to follow brand guidelines. For color, please provide the CMYK or PMS number. We will try our best to duplicate RBG/Hex codes, but due to to the nature of digital colors there may be slight inconsistency when traditionally printed.

  • What is a prepro?

    Priority offers the option to see a ‘prepro’ - or preproduction sample prior to your order being run. This helps us assure you that your design, garment, and color are all correct and to your liking before we run your order.

    These samples can be viewed in person in, shipped to you, or by photo via email or text.

    Please note that we need approval of the sample before we continue production. Expected runtimes are subject to change if there is a delay in garment approval / feedback.

  • Do you provide shipping?

    If preferred, we offer complimentary shipping via UPS with every order.

    Tracking information will be sent via email after UPS has collected your shipment from our facility.
